This morning during my daily reading after meditation, I read this from Jung Pueblo: (the way forward)

"create what your intuition is asking you to create. do this as an act of service. you have no idea whom you may end up helping or even the lives you may save simply by following the truth of your heart.

don't let fear stop you from listening to your inner calling. don't let an unclear path discourage you from taking steps into the unknown. the greatest you arises when you begin to embrace the space beyond your comfort zone.

you don't need to have all the answers right now to eventually be successful, you just need to be willing to take one step at a time...

you don't need to move quickly, even slow movement will get you where you want to go. let yourself live in your power. you hold a unique vision, and that is your gift to the world."

This applies to all of us. Leaders, visionaries, artists, creators, human beings. Thanks for the reminder to have the courage to step out of our comfort zones to create something new for the future.

Thanks for your comment Carol. I totally believe in creating what my intuition asks - even if it doesn't make sense to my mind. It's why I write even when I wonder if anyone is reading. Or why I'm publishing a book because I believe in the story. Every step is a creative step.

You touch a very sensitive nerve with your questions and I love that. I often ask myself why people are so adamant to repeat history and keep a status quo that no longer fits our lives.

I’m a mentor and I can see how hard it is to take people out of their fearful comfort zone, how easy it is to give up and say “I can’t change my life”.

When I try to teach people about emerging technologies I feel a wall going up between us as if I’m there to convince them to do something unbelievable or too complicated. My purpose is to help people understand what’s coming, how to make informed decisions, how to take advantage of new opportunities and change their mindset towards accepting new ideas.

Maybe creatives like you and me have to keep pounding those ideas until some change happens.

I too sometimes feel that I can’t make a difference, but I remind myself that with every life I touch, if I change even a small part, it’s a step forwards 🙏

I love this Veronica. I think when people say "I can't change my life" fear is behind it. People will often choose comfort over the unknown. To change your life means you make difficult choices, really tough ones. I know because I've done it so many times. We must keep teaching and guiding others and I believe change will happen. It comes slow or quickly depending on who is changing. Veronica, believe that you do make a difference for every life you touch. Every conversation matters. Every step matters. If not for mentors, nothing would ever change for people. So keep on keeping on! You're not alone.
